45 minute class: £6.00

1 hour class: £7.20

Only 25 spaces per class. Book in advance. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Join Lottie for Pilates classes taught live via zoom. Lottie will send you a link and password before the class, please book in advance and use your own email address when booking. All you need is a zoom account and your mat. You might also want to bring a small towel or cushion to class.

Please make sure your zoom profile name is the same as the name as your booking so Lottie can check you in.

Please note classes are not suitable for pre and post natal or if you are working with any injuries or conditions unless specified.
