Join Lottie and fellow LMP members for a community in person meet up in London. We will gather in Green Park for a standing stretchy Pilates warm up/workout and then take a lovely 2km walk around Green Park, we will then gather again for pastries and a book swap! All things we love as a community. This event is free for all LMP members but signing up is essential so we can know numbers and safely share exact location and more information with you before the day. Thank you.

📍~ Meeting point: Green Park, London (exact location will be shared via whatsapp nearer the time).

🧘🏾‍♀️~ Pilates standing warm up/workout: standing pilates (travel mats might be nice but not essential as mainly be standing) 

🚶🏻‍♀️~ Walk: 2km walk around green park: please wear comfortable footwear for walking.

🥐~ Pastries and book swap: please bring 1-3 books you’d be happy to swap.
