You may know I have been away in Cornwall with my best friends over the weekend and definitely indulged in lots of yummy food including homemade cakes, scones, fish and chips, wine, champagne, ice cream and in the past after a enjoying myself like this for a few days, I would have then come back home and really restricted my diet to counteract all the over eating but now I realise this just doesn’t work and only makes me feel restricted and miserable. This week I have gone back to eating just balanced with nourishing whole food and a few little treats. I mean I can’t have that Cornish Baileys and white chocolate fudge sitting in my cupboard for weeks now can I.
