Today we are working those arms, aim for 3 circuits of this workout and feel those arms burn. Pilates is amazing for toning your arms and creating all over body tone. If you don’t have a theraband which I use for the first couple of exercises then you can use light hand weights, cans of beans or no equipment at all works fab too! - Using theraband, dumb waiter, with pulses.
- Alternating arm pulls to the side, with pulses.
- Leg pull front (reverse plank)
- Plank with arm pulses back on each arm.

Pilates, Bircher muesli and active wear shopping is the perfect way to spend your Sunday morning. My class will make you feel amazing in your body and mind. It’s a 1 hour class involving lots of toning, stretching and posture work followed by a short meditation from Reiki practitioner Scarlett Jeffrey.
The class will be followed by a light healthy brunch including the tastiest bircher made by Ariana of LiEBES. LiEBES Bircher inspired muesli is wheat, dairy, gluten, refined sugar and sweeteners free. Handmade LiEBES is filling and nourishing yet great tasting too. We will enjoy our well deserved brunch and chat all things healthy and happy! You’ll leave with a bag full of our favourite goodies too and can spend some time browsing and trying on the gorgeous Lorna Jane activewear.
