If you are like me at all and have indulged a little much over the last couple of weeks then it’s time to get back on it! I used to think that abs were only made in the kitchen and still believe that diet is a major factor to consider when wanting a flat tummy but I’ve recently been loving and seeing benefits from doing ab routines. I’ve realised that they really do make a difference and when done correctly certainly work up a sweat too and also really help with digestion! If I’ve not managed to get a workout in, then a 5 minute ab routine makes me feel great, positive and flatter!
My lovely friend and Pilates Instructor Nikki Urwin, joined me in putting the best Pilates lower abdominal exercises together for a fun flat tummy routine! These are intermediate/advanced Pilates exercises so we have added modifications but I know that when it comes to abs you really want to be challenged and boy did we feel challenged ourselves!
