Keeping Balanced(ish) On A Girls Getaway

Palma is the perfect girly getaway and it’s where four of my best friends and I jetted off to with our 54 bikinis between us last week. We are all into wellbeing and enjoy the feeling of moving our bodies and eating whole nourishing food, we even love doing little group meditations together and have just started to run our own wellness retreats but we also love sharing a bottle of wine, eating our hearts out and laying on the beach for 12 hours reading on holiday. Holiday life is very different to my usual London life, no workout classes or healthy cafes and it’s important to embrace this change and really change up your routine when on holiday but over the years of holidaying, I’ve found there’s ways you can still feel balanced and healthy by end of a getaway just with a bit of a tan and lots of happy memories.
