There’s a hot new collaboration that has hit the high street and you’ll know all about it if you attended my Pilates and cocktails event last week which is still giving me a buzz when I think about it. It was so lovely to meet lots of you, teach you Pilates and introduce you to this stylish collection. J. Crew and New Balance have teamed up and created activewear to die for. The colours pop, the designs are arty and the cuts are stylish. I’m in love and my Christmas wish list is filling up with it…

A Sunday well spent brings a week of content and when it also involves winning a parsley plant in an egg and spoon race on Regent Street it brings a lot more than that. If you’ve read a couple of my recent posts you’ll know that I’ve been trying to make more of my weekends and find more of a work/life balance. Sunday’s in Summer should certainly not be for boring admin and loading the washing machine, they are for getting out and about and making the most of the day whatever the weather. So last Sunday I popped along to the second week of the Summer Streets festival on Regent Street to get involved in some of their health and wellbeing celebrations…

These muffins were tried and tested by 16 health enthusiatic girlies as the perfect post pilates snack on Sunday at my The Body and Brunch event. Made by the wonderful Faye Saunders and complimented our yummy LiEBES bircher. I thought I’d share the recipe with you as well as some pics from the event. There’s no better way to spend a Sunday morning then with Pilates, healthy food, green juices and lovely company!

I am very excited to announce the date of my next The Body event is Sunday 3rd April. It’s the weekend after Easter so will be just what you need after indulging in your choccies. Last year, my The Body events were such special wonderful days. They are a way of being able to get a group of my lovely followers together to enjoy Pilates, relaxation and delicious healthy food.
