Be An Athlete – Kick Ass Kit

When it comes to yoga and pilates, I love activewear to be bright coloured, flowery patterned with floating soft fabrics but recently I’ve been doing some more, you could say, ‘kick ass’ workouts and my floral garden leggings just don’t make me feel that kick ass. What I wear when I workout really determines how I feel and perform during the session, it’s kind of like turning up to a coffee catch up on a Sunday with your girlfriends in your job interview attire, you just wouldn’t feel right.

You Don’t Need Fixing

 

Everyone is always trying to do better and be better. Save more, workout more, stress less, sleep more, be kinder, think more positive, read more, drink more water, be less angry, more fun, more grateful, more motivated, the list goes on. It’s like we just aren’t good enough and constantly need fixing. Well I just want to say lovely, you don’t need fixing!

How To Beat “Fat Day”

Okay so I never use the word “fat” or “fat day”, I think that’s why I’m putting it in quotation marks which is probably a completely incorrect use of punctuation anywaaaay back to the blog post. I hear so many beautiful women say “fat day” so I thought I’d write one of my honest little posts and then give some advice on how to beat “fat day”.
