So it’s March and I’ve finally U Turned! I’m going to hold my hands up and say I definitely overindulged over Christmas and then new year and then just couldn’t get into the right mind set in January, with it being my birthday and frankly my mind just felt very busy so I lost interest in health and fitness! I hadn’t been working out as much as much and for some reason was reaching for chocolate more than my usual vibrant nourishing diet! I was starting to feel less like me every day!
