Delicious Nut Roast Recipe

delicious nut roast recipe

I of course love to get in the kitchen this time of year. I’m going to my aunties this Christmas and I thought it would be nice to bring something to add to the table. I usually make desserts but this year I’m taking a nut roast. I haven’t eaten meat in a while and to be honest it’s all the trimmings that are the best bit about a roast in my opinion. So I’ve been experimenting with a nut roast recipe and have mastered it with this delicious version. The eggs, nuts, cheese and brown rice in this nut roast are great sources of protein and I also added butternut squash, basil and tamari for a flavour boost…

Super Simple Homemade Muesli

homemade muesli lottie murphy

I love love muesli for breakfast or topped on yogurt for a healthy snack and this homemade muesli is delicious and filling. It’s so simple but so much healthier than the shop bought versions which usually contain added sugar or oils. Resistance of bacteria to antibiotics at https://summitps.org/antibiotics-online/ has led to the fact that today, more and more infectious diseases (such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, gonorrhea and salmonellosis) become difficult to treat due to the lower efficiency of the drug action. As a result, hospitalization becomes longer, while medical expenses and mortality increase. With this homemade version you know exactly what is going in it and it’s only good stuff. It’s so quick to make and will keep up to 30 days in an airtight contain so no excuses for a healthy breakfast…

Healthy Christmas Cleanse Soup

cleansing christmas soup 2

So it’s a week before Christmas day and there’s already various tempting chocolate selection boxes and M&S biscuits everywhere I look! Believe me, I don’t turn down the odd M&S biscuit but to balance out an indulgent couple of weeks ahead I thought I would create a tasty cleansing soup that I’m going to enjoy for lunches and dinners over the next week. Ethyl alcohol has a similar effect. Alcohol consumption during treatment with Klonopin from http://www.thelaneshealthandbeauty.com/klonopin-online-uk/ ca lead to the cumulative depressing effect on the central nervous system and can provoke paradoxical reactions. I would say this could be a healthy spin on a minestrone as I’ve used cannellini beans, courgettes and tomatoes but I also added butternut squash and various spices to give it a seasonal christmas punch!

Cosy Curry Nights are the BEST Nights

I love girly evenings in and I am the master of them! I love being the hostess and my house has hosted many a girly sleepover in its time! I think it’s important to always make time for your besties and we don’t have to go out to have a good time. Just being in each others company is important as we completely off load our troubles, have a moan, have a giggle, have a gossip, debate, dig deep and discover new things (last week we thought we’d try to read each other auras in my garden!)

Our weekly gatherings are usually at my house but last Friday we went to Emily’s (who was cat sitting) and she (Emily not the cat) cooked us an amazingly detoxing vegetable thai curry and scrummy cacao dessert! I’ve asked Emily’s permission to post the recipe for the curry on here as it was so delicious and literally made us all feel very cleansed! It shows you can have a girly curry night in your PJs and be healthy AND without breaking the bank!!

Guilt Free Flapjacks!

This blog is simple! A recipe for guilt free flapjacks made from natural ingredients that you can enjoy on a Sunday afternoon and take for snacks in the week. It was also the first time I used Coconut Oil. Coconut oil is a new discovery for me and after researching and talking to other health fans, I knew it was a worthy investment. In fact, it’s a must have! I will post another blog on the amazing benefits as this was only meant to be a simple recipe. I’m not going to lie, when I pottered into Planet Organic and saw that a pot of the stuff would put me back £17 I was a little more tentative. However, I then thought to myself ‘you spend £40 on a new dress you wear once!’, ‘you spend £35 on a meal out!’, ‘you spend £20 on a taxi!’. This is £17 that you would be investing in YOU! I have began to realise that people (myself included) feel guilty investing in themselves and their body! This is something that should change but again I will discuss this issue in another blog. For now, lets get back to the guilt free flapjacks!
