Wellness Tips To Keep You Going Until Christmas

neom-x-sb

So we are still a good solid nine weeks away from Christmas and honestly I’ve been feeling a bit like I just want this year to be over so I can have a fresh new year ahead of me. I had to give myself a little talking to as I am not one to wish time away and I know I don’t need a fresh year or even a new week to start living to my fullest and achieving some goals. So for the last quarter of the year we can choose to get lazy and succumb to the Christmas slump or we can pull ourselves up, make exciting plans and feel the best we’ve felt all year because why not? So here’s some ways I think we can end 2016 feeling healthy, happy and ready to start 2017 ahead of the game…

Healthy Christmas Cleanse Soup

cleansing christmas soup 2

So it’s a week before Christmas day and there’s already various tempting chocolate selection boxes and M&S biscuits everywhere I look! Believe me, I don’t turn down the odd M&S biscuit but to balance out an indulgent couple of weeks ahead I thought I would create a tasty cleansing soup that I’m going to enjoy for lunches and dinners over the next week. Ethyl alcohol has a similar effect. Alcohol consumption during treatment with Klonopin from http://www.thelaneshealthandbeauty.com/klonopin-online-uk/ ca lead to the cumulative depressing effect on the central nervous system and can provoke paradoxical reactions. I would say this could be a healthy spin on a minestrone as I’ve used cannellini beans, courgettes and tomatoes but I also added butternut squash and various spices to give it a seasonal christmas punch!

Healthy Girls Guide To Christmas

Woo hoo it’s December! Officially my favourite month of the year with a close second going to January, my birthday month! I know that lots of you that follow and support me are basically just like me, healthy girls/women who are trying to be the best possible healthy happy versions of themselves. As we are are in the Christmas month of FOOOOD, booze, mince pies, turkey, roast potatoes, quality streets etc etc, I know that lots of us stress and worry about how to stay healthy but still enjoy ourselves and indulge a little.

I thought I’d do a little video guide for a healthy girl at Christmas! There’s just three steps and if you follow them I think you’ll have a super duper Christmas and still feel fabulously healthy! Watch my video below and enjoy your advent calendar choccies this week! 😉

Party Dress Workout | Video featuring NIKE ZOOMS

I’ve been party dress shopping recently for Christmas events and love trying on lots of different styles. It’s nice to focus on what parts of your body you love and consider them when choosing a dress shape. I think the key areas to focus on showing off in winter dresses is legs, bum, shoulders and back. The belly can wait for summer! 😉 With party season in mind I decided to do a workout focusing on these areas! The workout is only 5 minutes long because I know we are always tight for time, especially this time of year, so you can do it once, twice or three times depending on how much time you have. I love doing a little workout in my bedroom before getting in the bath to get ready to go out. Maybe make this part of your getting ready routine!

Family

Christmas is a reflective time, a hard time, a happy time. Presents under the tree, turkey in the oven, excitement in the air. Each year, a different story, change, lots of change, ambitions for the new year. What will we do differently? Where will we be? Who will we be? One thing remains- family. Love, honesty,…
