I am dreaming of Spring! Of maxi dresses, sunny afternoons, pub lunches and cute cropped tops. I can’t wait to not be cold! I don’t know about you but as March approaches my social calendar starts filling up pretty quickly. January and February is all work work work and then in the lead up to Summer, people start coming out to play right!
I’ve got a spring wedding, an engagement party, birthday parties and a French getaway all before May. As you know, I never go crazy at the gym or overtrain in the lead up to any event but with spring events in mind, we all know it’s nice to feel confident when more skin starts to be displayed.
Pilates is of course my favourite way to move my body and it really does make me feel confident compared to dying on a treadmill or trying to lift heavy weights. I do incorporate these types on training into my exercise routine but I when it comes to body confidence, Pilates is where I am at.
I have lots of different Pilates routines on my youtube channel now and tend to upload a new one every couple of weeks. You can subscribe to my channel HERE. They are only 5-10 minutes long so depending on how much time you have you can do one and feel fabulous or add a few together to create your own little routine.
