Here’s how to use the series:
Repeat the workout 3 times during the week.
*I’d also recommend 3 x 30 minutes cardio/weight training. My favourite cardio options are: HIIT, spinning or cycling, brisk walking or swimming.
1 breakfast recipe perfect for busy morning to use that week.
2 x meals you can use for lunches or dinners. You can prep a big batch and have for lunch or have some for dinner and pack the leftovers for dinner the next day. It’s up to you.
I’ve only give you three recipes because I know how social this time of year gets and I always feel overwhelmed when following a plan with two many recipes and different ingredients to buy. This way you can still go out for dinner a couple of nights a week if you’ve got plans or you can make some of your own favourites or go back and use recipes from previous weeks. I just wanted to give you a little inspiration but not overload you with information.
Finally your wellness task, each Sunday I’ll give you just one little wellness task to complete that week. Things that make me feel happy, focused and well, you can do it once or every day just make sure you make time for it! Make time for you!
