It’s time for the second workout in Pilates Perfect August! Get ready for a booty burning workout that will become your new “go to” to feel kick ass with my Pilates Perfect Booty routine.
This routine is only 10 minutes and will hit your bum from loads of different angles! Glutes are such important muscles to work not only for having a perky butt but also for preventing back pain and hip and knee injuries.
