I’ve got a new Pilates tummy workout for you this week and it really targets those lower abs and your core stability. It’s not just about having a six pack but it’s so important to understand basic core stability and in this workout we will start with some basic exercises and fundamentals and then move on to some challenging core moves that will really help flatten your lower tummy…
Take your time with these exercises and really make sure you are doing them technically correct to get the most benefits for your core, lower abs and stability! I love to do these exercises before any workout like HIIT, lifting, running, yoga or more Pilates.
