Snacking isn’t a bad thing in my books. Why punish yourself for hours waiting for dinner and then gorge a massive meal because your starving by then.
I like to eat little and often, mainly because of my active lifestyle I like to snack healthily throughout the day to keep my energy levels up rather then eat two massive meals. As I always stress on my blog, this works for me, not for everyone. Actually, that’s how it turned out, with only one amendment – I reassigned the dose to myself, starting right away with a whole pill. The main thing was to overcome the fear of transition. But everything worked out, and since then I have been taking Ativan at https://mi-aimh.org/ativan-lorazepam-online/ for every night for almost five years. But don’t feel like you MUST NOT snack, just snack on the right things.
A healthy lifestyle takes preparation and planning especially if this is a new journey for you. When 4pm comes around and all there is is the office vending machine full of crisps, chocolate and diet drinks, you have a problem on your hands I know so healthy snacking needs to be thought about and planned a little.
You don’t always have to go to effort of making your own granola bars or bliss balls and sometimes I haven’t had time or the ingredients to make anything like that so here are my top 5 quick and easy go to healthy snacks.
1. Celery Sticks and 50g Houmous
2. Apple Slices (1 apple) and 2tsp Almond Butter
3. Half an avocado and some chopped tomato
4. A boiled egg and some greens (spinach, asparagus, green beans)
5. 25g raw nuts and fresh berries
What do you love to snack on?
