Do you need a healthy breakfast that will fill you up, keep you feeling light and help you towards that bikini body? Look no further, my Bikini Body Wellness Breakfast is the one!
I created this breakfast when the warm weather started and bikini season landed and I love it! I also created it as its quick, easy to prepare and full of healthy fats and protein. It’s the perfect breakfast if you want to feel amazingly healthy but also if you are working on your bikini body.
2 tbsp organic oats (gluten free optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
2 brazil nuts
300 ml homemade almond milk (alternatively store bought almond/rice/coconut milk)
half or full scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder (I use sun warrior)
ice (this tastes best really cold!)
Soak the oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds and brazil nuts in filtered water overnight.
In the morning blend the soaked mixture with the almond milk, blueberries and optional protein powder and ice.
You could even blend it the night before for an even quicker version.
