45 Minute Pilates Foundations – Join Lottie for a fundamentals pilates class taught live via zoom focusing on core stability, toning, mobility and flexibility but more focused on learning the pilates basics that will help support a healthy back and all your other activities. This is a balancing beginner level class but you will feel challenged and worked from head to toe. All you need is a zoom account and your mat. Lottie will send you a link and password the day before the class, please book in advance and please make sure you use your own email address when booking.
