In March, I am going to be at MOVE FIT for 2 days. This event takes place at Excel between 10-12 March 2017. I’m so excited to be an ambassador celebrating all things fitness and healthy living. I’m sure they’ll be so many incredible females bringing so much energy and inspiration and I always come away from these events on such a high. I love the classical Pilates mat work but not all exercises are appropriate for classes and it’s nice to change things up however I have recently added the series of 5 to most of my classes and everyone loves it! Kind of! But we really love the feeling of burn in our abs and you’ll definitely feel that with this little workout. I also get a bit out of breathe too, it’s harder work than it looks believe me.
