If you are looking to make your lifestyle a little healthier then one of my top tips would be to cut back or ideally completely cut out all diet/ fizzy drinks and fruit squashes and stick to water, coconut water and herbal teas to hydrate you.
Throughout school and college, diet coke or fruit squash would get me through the day. I can’t believe how much diet coke I used to drink. I haven’t touched the stuff in over a year now and definitely don’t miss it.
I can only describe the benefits from simply sticking to water as a drink is that I personally just feel clearer! When looking back on days where I’d drank lots of sweetened drinks I notice now that it was like everything was sort of hazy and I’d get dull headaches, feel bloated and be constantly thirsty!
I know water can be a little boring sometimes but in my new video I give you a few simple ideas to jazz up that glass of H20 by simply adding some fruit, lemons or cucumber.
