Who doesn’t love a pamper and who doesn’t love silky smooth hair? (I’m talking to you too boys!)
Once a week I try to give my hair a good old pamper session! This isn’t the best thing to do before styling your hair for a night out as it leaves it very fluffy and silky smooth so I generally do this on a weeknight.
These are the three miracle products I use…
Step 1: after shampooing I apply BB mending masque for the (truly) damaged hair! Now I wouldn’t say my hair is (truly) damaged at all but I just figured hmmmm this must have some good qualities if it’s going to repair damaged hair with the word ‘truly’ in brackets in the title. Damaged hair can lead to hair loss check out these home remedies for hair loss. Reading the top rated product reviews on this site made me learn that I should leave it in for 10 minutes but I generally wash my hair in the shower so I put it on right at the start of my shower, then I wash, shave, scrub myself then I rinse it off at the end of my shower so I’d say that’s about 7 minutes. Still does the trick!!
Step 2: After the shower, as the guide on eHome Remedies says to, I apply and comb through Aveda’s Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair. This is a leave in conditioning treatment and one of the main reasons I love it is because it contains organically-derived quinoa protein and I love quinoa! I love quinoa to eat so I also like the thought of putting it in my hair (weird?) Aside from that it really is an amazing product and I first discovered when I needed something to recover my hair from a week swimming and sun damaging in Ibiza and after one use my hair was back to it’s silky self! It really is instant!
Step 3: Finally I use Kerastase Nectar Thermique just on my ends. It is a rich nourishing cream particularly good for heat protection. Now, I like flicky hair and flicky hair is only ever achieved with hair straighteners! Therefore I use heat an awful lot on my ends and I never ever used to use a heat protector until I really started to notice my hair drying out and a hairdresser recommended (actually they insisted) I used this product! I’m always persuaded to buy things so I did and I am so glad I did because this really does protect my tips from breakage and dryness!
I think the prices of these products varies between sites and shops but generally around £15-£24. They are a little pricey but definitely a good investment and last forever if only using the 10p amount once a week!
Also I bought a net iron for my hair and I am just in love with it! Read Fahrenheit Flat Iron reviews and write me, whether you would like to have same.
