I’m so excited to be back with regular videos on YouTube. I’ll be doing similar style of content to what I was doing last year with lots of Pilates routines, what I eat in a day videos and lifestyle videos. I’ve always been a huge fan of Neals Yard Remedies so when they asked me to teach Pilates on their luxury retreat in beautiful Portugal it was a dream come true! A real “pinch me” moment! Sunday was my fourth The Body event and I can honestly say they have been the best mornings of my year. The Body event is a Sunday morning to boost your body, mind and soul and this September one felt more needed than ever, for me and for my beautiful guests. The group was smaller this time and I felt a overwhelming sense of sisterhood in the Covent Garden hidden gem SIX3NINE which has been the location for the event so far.
