I love drinking green tea, I find it so refreshing, cleansing and energising. As we heading towards Summer, I wanted to experiment with making a green tea smoothie and this baby was born. As a young gymnast, teenage ballet dancer and now yogi/Pilates instructor, being flexible has always been part of my life and I can’t imagine what my body would feel like if I couldn’t touch my toes or do a bridge. But what if you didn’t go to ballet school or you can’t do yoga every day yet you want to get flexible, why should you get flexible and how can it change your life?
Everyone is always trying to do better and be better. Save more, workout more, stress less, sleep more, be kinder, think more positive, read more, drink more water, be less angry, more fun, more grateful, more motivated, the list goes on. It’s like we just aren’t good enough and constantly need fixing. Well I just want to say lovely, you don’t need fixing!

I love hosting girls night and this weekend made a healthy nutritious one pan mexican quinoa dish. I am one pan dish queen and this meal is so easy and tasty. All my friends loved it. The combo of the black beans, sweetcorn and qunioa makes such a nice texture and my favourite ingredients in the world to have together is avocado and lime
