A Green Trip To Paris and Supermodel, Doutzen Kroes, Lifestyle Tips

Last week I was in Paris for two days for a green urban retreat with Botanicals Fresh Care, the new green hair care brand from L’oréal Paris infused with plant extracts and free from silicones, parabens and colorants. Over the two days I got to not only absorb the brand but eat lots of delicious organic plant based food, plant tulips and sunflowers at Place de la République, make flower hair chains and stretch it all out in yoga. Oh and I almost forgot, interview the most beautiful woman in the world Doutzen Kroes- yes she does Pilates! There’s just something about breakfast in bed at the weekend that feels so indulgent and special. I of course love to get in the kitchen this time of year. I’m going to my aunties this Christmas and I thought it would be nice to bring something to add to the table. I usually make desserts but this year I’m taking a nut roast. I haven’t eaten meat in a while and to be honest it’s all the trimmings that are the best bit about a roast in my opinion.
