There’s a hot new collaboration that has hit the high street and you’ll know all about it if you attended my Pilates and cocktails event last week which is still giving me a buzz when I think about it. So we are still a good solid nine weeks away from Christmas and honestly I’ve been feeling a bit like I just want this year to be over so I can have a fresh new year ahead of me. I had to give myself a little talking to as I am not one to wish time away and I know I don’t need a fresh year or even a new week to start living to my fullest and achieving some goals. This ballet inspired workout will make you feel amazing! I took some of my favourite Pilates exercises and gave them a ballet twist. When I was at dance college I didn’t have to think about working out because we were dancing all day long, this workout doesn’t feel like a chore, it’s fun and reminds me of my ballet days. I’m wearing ELLESPORT’s new Fortitude collection which I think was perfect for these moves especially the stirrup leggings and ballet pink touches. The outfit is feminine yet classic, I actually felt elegant whilst getting a sweat on and believe me you’ll definitely be getting that sweat on too; ballet is not easy…
