 I’ve always had a strong idea of what I want my life to look like but I’ve never really had a 5 or 10 year plan. I remember thinking from a young age that I just want to be happy every day. I do change my mind a lot and I like to change things up too which is probably why I live the freelance life but some days all I want to do is move away from London and open up a little Pilates studio and cafe by the ocean and have a routine. Then the next day I’m loving London life and the fact every day is so different. The world we live in today is fast paced, things change daily and so do we. If you change your goals or change your mind it doesn’t mean you don’t know who you are or what you want.

So here it is, the plan that will change your life and turn you into a body confident, oozing sassiness, glowing skin goddess. What everyone wants pre holiday right? Well I’m sorry but that was a little bit of fake news. Unfortunately I can’t make those promises and no plan or person should however I do hope this little 7 day reset will help you feel the bestest version of yourself before your hols. It’s all my top tips and feel good gems thrown into a weekly schedule that will hopefully give you the confidence boost we all want pre jet setting. It’s definitely not about crash dieting or trying to change your body shape entirely, it’s about self respect, a little more rest, a little more movement and just a bit more daily consciousness around the decisions you make.

I love Autumn but I think it’s a time we can sometimes feel a bit of of wack with no clear focus and direction. Summer and September seemed to have whizzed by and we are now heading towards Christmas and the new year but not quite at the exciting countdown part yet. There’s still so much of this year to go yet where we can stay motivated and productive, It’s not too late to set goals, take care of yourself and feel incredible for these last few months of the year. I’ve taken on some fitness health challenges of my own but Pilates is my bread and butter and my go to way of moving when I’m feeling a little out of balance. The Every Day Pilates Routine To Feel Amazing

My clients still say to me all the time how much better they feel after their sessions and it’s that feeling that you sometimes can’t even describe, you just feel lovely in your body and mind after a Pilates class. I try to encourage my clients to do a little Pilates routine every day as a little a day keeps the pains away (hehe); it also sets me up for a fabulous day ahead.
