It’s me again with more Pilates chit chat AND a brand new routine for you this week.
This one is available for everyone as it’s also been posted on my YouTube channel.
It’s important for me to always make sure there’s free accessible Pilates for everyone. Also (and not blowing my own trumpet here 🎺 ) but well taught Pilates.
The internet hosts a plethora of great and not so great exercise content…

…and market projections indicate that the combined Pilates and yoga industry is expected to reach $409.11 billion by 2032.* What the actual! 🤯
So there’s a whole lot of people searching for Pilates online and if someone happens to stumble upon a free Pilates video on the LMP youtube channel, we can rest assured they’ll be safe and taught well.
So basically thank you for your support and for all my LMP members who make it possible for me to create high quality content for everyone.
This routine is a lovely 20-minute Pilates routine designed to tick all the boxes you need ticking. Pilates - tick, stretching- tick, breathing- tick.
This class blends fundamental Pilates, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
We’ll be using a small ball, but if you don’t have one, no worries! A cushion, rolled-up towel, or block will work just fine—or you can do the class without any props.
Just focus on moving with intention and taking care of yourself.

At the end of the live, I shared the below little list from Katy Bowman’s teachings.

Breathe
Deliver oxygen
Maintain your immune system
Generate bone
Repair cartilage
Digest food
Regulate your temperature
Make new skin
Get rid of old skin
Filter your blood
Store energy
Access stored energy
Get rid of lactic acid
Move an egg to the uterus (if you are a menstruating woman)
Move an egg out of the uterus (if you are menstruating woman)
Move blood
Break down food
Move waste products out
Repair any wound
Regenerate all the cells on all the organs and all the tissues in the body.
I don’t know about you but reading that list makes me feel like I deserve a lay down.
I hope it at least encourages you to pause for a mo and appreciate that beaut bod and mind of yours, working so damn hard.
