What a pleasure to teach alongside Emily again for our live community class on Sunday. Thank you to everyone who joined us live, you can now take the class on playback here.
Pilates, for me, isn’t just about a workout. It can be and often is a workout but as we dive deeper, it becomes an art, a science and an education.
I want to make sure the LMP virtual studio/app is a place where you know you will learn! You will truly understand what Pilates is all about but most importantly learn about yourself.
That’s why I want to pepper the studio with tutorials such as this weeks new one.
A focused tutorial for the wrists. A common problem area as we use our wrists and hands so much, typing away.
Let's give some love and attention to this area to build up the strength and mobility. It's important to be able to weight bear through the wrists and there's so many fun and lovely Pilates exercises that we can enjoy in this position.
You might find you get a little discomfort so take your time, breathe and only do what feels right for you.
Already our lovely LMP members are noticing a difference when taking this tutorial… "gotta say I feel like my wrists are now so relieved and much more fluid!”
