Being a girl. Being a girl is hard. Here’s some of the daily questions and worries that go on in our heads or maybe it’s just me. Am I over reacting to a situation or genuinely annoyed? Am I too sensitive or being true to myself? Should I meditate and do yoga or get ahead with my emails? Was it that little bit of dairy or the fact I’m stressed that’s made me bloated? Shall I stay up and watch another episode of Kardashian’s or get 8 hours sleep? Have I left my hair tongs on at home, or the oven, or the iron? Is Tuesday an expectable day to open a bottle of red? What happens if I get a spot on my wedding day? Do I need another loose grey T shirt? Shall I run up the escalators as my workout today or have a rest day? Is it acceptable to wear Nikes to an event? Is my head or my heart talking right now? Will anyone notice my eyeliner definitely isn’t even? I wonder what he’s thinking right now? Is it acceptable to wear leggings all weekend? Is this something people on Facebook really need to know? Shall I snooze 5 more times or get up and body brush? Is this my souls calling?
Girls, stop thinking too much.
I’ve realised that we create more problems than necessary and all these little unnecessary problems lead to stress! Stress that causes bad relationships, illness, depression.
Sometimes I think we make life so much more complicated then it is.
What’s your ultimate goal? Mine is to be happy every single day of my life, okay that might not always be possible but worrying too much definitely doesn’t help.

Find the joy in just being!
