I hope everyone’s been having a lovely weekend. I have really been trying to get back on track with my workouts, whether it be an hours class or 5 minute ab blast I always feel fantastic after. Summer is super busy and I’ve recently felt a lot less fit and healthy than normal due to not having another time for myself, check out my last post on How To Get Back On Track. I also thought I’d help you out with a 5 minute abdominal workout video!
I do little workouts like this all the time at home as they literally take 5 minutes but you can really feel the burn. From doing these abdominal moves you will also gain a stronger core preventing injuries and back pain and the flat belly is always a plus.
