Nutrition is an evolving science and one of the most complicated confusing subjects on the planet. It really surprises me how little we know about it as it’s what makes us who we are and determines our health and future! Without it, we have nothing.

Pilates is one of my favourite things in the world. I am so passionate about it’s benefits and think it’s wonderful that literally anyone and everyone can do it. It’s one of the only forms of exercises that is truly healthy for your body and mind and you can do it forever.
