Yay you’ve made it, to week 4 of my Pilates and Wellness challenge and we are so nearly at Christmas! My favourite time of year! I’m so excited to share with you my best of 2016 Pilates routine this week. Perhaps you’ve only managed the workout twice or you forgot the wellness task from week 1, that no phone in bed is a toughy! It’s fine, something is better than nothing but try to really get committed now. So it’s officially the festive season! It’s crazy how quick this year has gone so I thought I’d talk a little bit about time today because I feel like we aren’t that great at using it. In Britain, we spend 25 billion hours a year on things we admit are a bit of a waste, including social media, taking selfies and watching funny animal videos. Oops!

What I’ll Take Into My Life From Our Retreat

Last week I was lucky enough to be in Ibiza with Our Retreat for a week of training, healthy food, hiking, yoga, Pilates and sunshine. I taught the guests Pilates but was also able to fully immerse myself into the retreat too and soaked up lots of new information. I was really inspired to come back home and take things from retreat life into my busy London life. We can always keep learning, growing and trying to better ourselves especially when it comes to health and wellbeing; this retreat came at a perfect time for me and I wanted to share some nuggets of retreat life with you, check out my vlog too…

There’s a hot new collaboration that has hit the high street and you’ll know all about it if you attended my Pilates and cocktails event last week which is still giving me a buzz when I think about it. It was so lovely to meet lots of you, teach you Pilates and introduce you to this stylish collection. J. Crew and New Balance have teamed up and created activewear to die for. The colours pop, the designs are arty and the cuts are stylish. I’m in love and my Christmas wish list is filling up with it…
