Yay, I think warmer weather has finally arrived and is here to stay. Doesn’t the sun just make you happier! As we head towards Summer, holidays and maxi dresses, I think everyone’s minds are on getting a little bit fitter and more confident in there bodies. I wanted to share with you 5 ways that I love to get my body moving that don’t really cost a thing. You don’t necessarily need a gym membership, personal trainer or luxury studio passes to workout. I do think the above options are all great and I personally love going to classes but for those on a tighter budget or even if you’d rather spend £100 a month on a dress than David Lloyd then these 5 tips might help.
