Young Minds provide young people with tools to look after their mental health. They empower adults to be the best support they can be to the young people in their lives. Your participation in this challenge will help create a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health.

Breadwinners

Breadwinners are a grassroots charity who support refugees and young people seeking asylum into employment through artisan baked goods. They provide jobs, work experience, training and mentoring at their market stalls and through their wholesale service. Your participation in this challenge will help transforms lives.

  • It’s super simple: sign up to become a member of LMP Virtual Studio/App! You’ll get access to this challenge as well as the full library of classes, tutorials and past challenges in the Virtual Studio. You can cancel your membership anytime.

  • The LMP community take part in the challenge from 1-24th December every year so it’s 24 days long however you can take the challenge at your own pace and spread the routines over 30 days, 3 months of the year ahead. It’s completely up to you. You’ll always have access to the challenge as long as you are an active LMP member.

  • 24 days of Pilates 3.0 has a wonderful mix of routines that we know you are going to love. Within the program, you’ll find strengthening classes, classical pilates inspired routines, restorative classes, stretch routines, slow burns, routines using the resistance band, small ball and weights as well as mindfulness and calming sessions. Some classes will also focus in on the upper body, side body, lower body, posture and core stability.

  • Yes we kick off together on 1st December 2022 but don’t worry if you can’t start that day or join us later. Just sign up to the LMP Virtual Studio/App.

  • The majority of the classes in this 24 day 3.0 challenge are prenatal friendly as Lottie was pregnant while filming. Some of Emily’s classes are not suitable but Lottie has made a note under that routine each day for prenatal women to swap out for a prenatal friendly class so make sure you check there if you are prenatal.

  • Some of the classes in this challenge have the option of adding small Pilates equipment such as the small ball, theraband, loop bands and small hand/ankle weights however you do not need these, you can do all the routines without. We recommend you have a towel or cushion for all the routines though for added cosiness if needed.

  • The 24 days of Pilates 3.0 is free for all LMP members. Our subscriptions are £19.99 per month or £180.00 per annum and all come with a 7 day free trial. You can cancel anytime.
