It’s that time of year again when I overhear so many conversations about people going to drastic measures to lose weight for holidays, weddings etc. It’s okay, I get it! We’re post Easter and post the first May bank holiday and it kind of feels like you need a kick start again and set some serious resolutions that are basically the same as the new year ones you set 4 months ago.
