If you follow me on Instagram you may know that I’m currently on a holiday atm with my best girlies. Emily and I are so used to moving our bodies every day with Pilates and yoga, walking around London teaching and attending classes and we had every intention of starting the day with movement while away. Sometimes too many sangrias and the comfiest beds ever change intentions but something about Monday morning kick started us today.

My clients still say to me all the time how much better they feel after their sessions and it’s that feeling that you sometimes can’t even describe, you just feel lovely in your body and mind after a Pilates class. I try to encourage my clients to do a little Pilates routine every day as a little a day keeps the pains away (hehe); it also sets me up for a fabulous day ahead.

Whenever I’m feeling a little bit down or low in energy, I know one of the best things to do is to move my body. It doesn’t have to be a full on work out but just some spinal mobility, something to feel my core and some natural flowing movement. This always makes me feel so much better so I thought I’d create a little 10 minute feel good Pilates workout that you can do to boost your energy and mood.
