My clients still say to me all the time how much better they feel after their sessions and it’s that feeling that you sometimes can’t even describe, you just feel lovely in your body and mind after a Pilates class. I try to encourage my clients to do a little Pilates routine every day as a little a day keeps the pains away (hehe); it also sets me up for a fabulous day ahead.
