Having a healthy mind and body will make you feel so amazing and as much as the small details like place settings, flower arrangements and how your make up looks are important; the most important thing is how you feel.

If you don’t have a theraband which I use for the first couple of exercises then you can use light hand weights, cans of beans or no equipment at all works fab too! Sunday was my fourth The Body event and I can honestly say they have been the best mornings of my year. The Body event is a Sunday morning to boost your body, mind and soul and this September one felt more needed than ever, for me and for my beautiful guests. The group was smaller this time and I felt a overwhelming sense of sisterhood in the Covent Garden hidden gem SIX3NINE which has been the location for the event so far.
